Chef François Blais is proud to announce the opening of his new restaurant, Bistro B. Located on Rue Cartier in Quebec, this restaurant was built by SML as part of its complete solution/turnkey formula.

SML supported Chef Blais from the beginning of the project, acting as primary contractor for all stages of the construction.

Since its opening, the restaurant has impressed customers with the quality and sophistication of the menu.
